Third Party Cookies

For the Web App we collect a small set of analytics and related data: basic account data from Supabase auth (email, internal user ID, provider, sign-in timestamps), pseudonymous usage analytics via Segment, Google Analytics 4 and our own analytics events table (page views, button/CTA clicks in the navbar and footer, Root Code views, and auth error events, together with a random session ID, page path, referrer, UTM campaign parameters, browser/device information and a salted hash of the IP address; Segment and GA4 also receive the raw IP which is processed according to their own privacy settings and may be used for approximate geolocation), limited security data for rate-limiting login and password-reset attempts (temporary IP+email pairs stored in Upstash Redis), donation records (amount, currency, Stripe session/event IDs, internal user ID and donor email, but no card details, which stay with Stripe, amount, currency, PayPal session/event IDs, internal user ID and donor email, but no card details, which stay with PayPal), email-related data handled by Resend for sending transactional and support emails (recipient address, sender, subject, message content and delivery/open status), and the content of feedback and contact forms (message text, optional email, page path and user agent) so we can reply, prevent abuse and improve the product.

Technical and organizational measures for data processing

The Owner takes appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure the secure processing of your Personal Data.

The Owner applies appropriate security policies and procedures to protect your personal information from unauthorised access, unauthorised processing or disclosure, alteration or destruction.

Your Personal Data is stored in information systems with restricted access: it is only available to those who require it, and who have undertaken to observe the confidentiality of the processing of Personal Data.

c) Right to erasure: the Owner is obliged to delete your Personal Data at your request in the cases specified in the regulatory enactments;

d) Right to restrict processing: In the cases specified by the regulatory enactments, the Owner is obliged to restrict the use of Personal Data at your request;

e) Right to data portability: in the cases specified by the regulatory enactments, you have the right to receive the Personal Data available to the Owner in a structured, commonly used and machine readable format;

f) Right to object: if the Owner processes your Personal Data on the basis of a legitimate interest, you have the right to object to the processing of your Personal Data for the relevant purpose;

g) You have the right to lodge a complaint with the Data State Inspectorate.
