Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Root Code Wheel web application (the “Web App”).

By accessing or using the Web App, including by clicking “I Agree”, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not access or use the App.

(collectively referred to as the “Owner”, “we”, or “us”).

The purpose of the Web App is to provide a digital tool called Root Code Wheel, intended to support personal self-inquiry, contemplation, and reflection (the “Self-inquiry”).

The Web App presents symbolic, archetypal, and conceptual information inspired by systems such as the I Ching, Gene Keys, astrology, and elemental frameworks.

The Web App is intended solely for personal reflection. It does not provide advice, predictions, diagnoses, guarantees, or promised outcomes of any kind.

The Web App does not provide: medical advice; psychological, therapeutic, or mental health advice or other professional advice.

Any insights, interpretations, or experiences arising from use of the Web App are subjective and personal.

You remain solely responsible for your interpretations, decisions, and actions.

If you have physical, mental, emotional, or psychological concerns, you should consult a qualified professional.

By using the Web App, you acknowledge and agree that: you engage with the Web App voluntarily and at your own discretion; you are fully responsible for how you interpret and apply any content; the App does not replace personal judgment or professional guidance.

The Owner grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to access and use the Web App solely for personal, non-commercial purposes, in accordance with these Terms.

You may:

• access and use the Web App through the provided interface;
• interact with the content for your own personal Self-inquiry.

You may not:

• copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display the Web App or its content;
• scrape, extract, reverse-engineer, or automate access to the Web App;
• use the Web App or its content to train AI systems or create derivative tools;
• create competing or commercial products based on the Web App;
• frame, embed, or mirror the Web App without permission;
• misrepresent the Web App as providing authoritative, predictive, or professional services.

All content, except Gene Keys keywords, which is intellectual property of the founder of the Gene Keys Richard Rudd, and materials within the Web App, including but not limited to:

• the structure and design of the wheel;
• visual layouts, interface logic, and user interaction;
• original texts, wording, and combinations of terms;
• software code and technical implementation;

are the intellectual property of the Owner or are used under permitted principles of factual or public reference.

While certain underlying concepts (such as archetypes, elements, or numerical systems) may belong to traditional or public knowledge, the specific selection, structure, presentation, wording, and visual arrangement used in the Web App constitute original work.

You may not use any part of the Web App for commercial purposes without prior written permission from the Owner.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details; you are responsible for all activities conducted through your account; the Owner reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Web App in case of unauthorized use, prohibited activities, or violation of these Terms.

You may delete your account at any time, including by contacting us at hello@rootcodewheel.com.

Upon deletion, associated data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

The Web App is provided “as is” and “as available”.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or permanent availability of any feature.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Web App or any part of it at any time, without prior notice.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Owner shall not be liable for any direct or indirect loss, damage, or harm arising from:

• use or inability to use the Web App;
• interpretations or decisions made by users;
• reliance on any content within the Web App;
• technical issues, interruptions, or data loss.

Any processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

We may update these Terms from time to time.

Continued use of the Web App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Latvia.

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiations.

If no agreement is reached, the dispute shall be submitted to the courts of the Republic of Latvia, in accordance with Latvian law.
